*We will practice 3-4 days a week depending on the time of season and what type of training is needed.
Other Sports:
If you are participating in other sports, you need to consider if Spring/Summer track and field is going to work for you. 7 ON 7, AAU Basketball and Travel Baseball this program will not work and you will be asked to leave the program!
